negative reply to 1NT opening (12-14), should the point range be 0-10 ?
Less than 10 points after a 1NT opening, less than 6 after a 1C, 1D, 1H or 1S suit opening
A minimum hand when you are responder has 6-9 points. With 0-5 points you are less than minimum and you cannot bid apart from showing preference for one of partners suits.
